The last time I'm going to urge you to get your Morning Show blogging
I've been harping on how important it is for your morning show to build their own blogs for so long I'm getting tired of the argument, myself.
As always, Hollywood is ahead of Radio. Why wait for Entertainment Tonight to cover your Indie movie when you can do it yourself via your blog.
That's the strategy of filmmaker Zach Braff whose blog on the making and marketing of the movie Garden State is available here.
If a Hollywood bigshot can do this, do you think one of your morning show slugs can handle it?
Note, too, how many comments each post is receiving.
What the heck are you waiting for????

Bravo, Mark! I've been saying the same thing. I don't really understand why Morning Shows are so slow to adopt this technology. But I do know this...if I were doing Mornings today, my Blog would be my Secret Weapon!

Hi Ray, I voted for your manifesto. I can't wait to see it! Thanks for all your comments, by the way.

Hi Mark,
Love the idea of getting morning show blogs up and running. It just seem so logical and obvious....but I must have missed your previous articles on the subject. Can you point me in the right direction to read your earlier thoughts on the subject. Also, any examples of stations doing this successfully already would be gratefully appreciated.
Thanks
Huw
